Defining Your Statuses & Setting Up Email Alerts In ePRO Print MIS

To set the statuses in ePRO, please review the steps below. 

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:
  • Access To ePRO Print MIS 

Steps: How To Define Statuses & Setup Email Alerts

1. Login to your ePRO software.
2. Hover over your Username in the top menu bar and click on the sub-menu option Settings.  
3. Open Job Settings
4. Click on Add Job Status, or Open to edit an existing status.
5. Enter the status name and select the Section in which it will appear. For example: If you want a status to appear in the Estimates module for your sales rep and estimators, select EstimatesIf you want a status to appear in the Jobs module for your production staff, select Job.
6. Click on Trigger Email and select the group you want to setup email alerts for. 
7. Enter the Email Subject and Email Body. You can use the variables listed on-screen to personalize the email notifications.
Important Note: Click on Default Status if you want it to be the default option for whenever a new estimate is created, or when a job is booked in.
5. Click the Save button.
