Adding Your Plates & Costs In ePRO Print MIS

This guide will teach you how to add your plates in the software. To get started, please review the steps below. 

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:
  • Access To ePRO Print MIS 

Steps: How To Add Plates

1. Login to your ePRO software.
2. Click on Inventory.  
3. Select the Category Plates from the dropdown list.
4. Hover your mouse cursor over Inventory and click on the sub-menu option Add Material.
5. Select the Sub Category

Note: You can define a sub-category from the Inventory main list. Go to Step 2 above and use the options next to the sub-category field to add, edit or delete.

Tip: All fields marked with * are required. The others are optional. 

6. Enter the Name of the plate. For example: GTO Plate
7. Write a Description. Tip: This is what you will see when hovering over tooltips.
8. Enter a Stock Code. This can be an alpha-numeric value. For example: CY123
9. Select the Supplier
10. Select the Type i.e. Positive or Negative.
11. For the Plate Life, enter the maximum number of impressions for the plate. 
12. Give the Plate a Supplier Reference number or code if used.
13. Enter your Cost and the price Per 1 plate.
14. Input the Packed In quantity. This will automatically generate the Unit Cost and Pack Price.
15. Enter any Minimal Charges. For example: If you want to have a $10 minimum charge for the plate, write 10. 
16. Enter the number of plates you have In Stock
17. Click on the Save button.
