Adding Your Printing Presses In ePRO Print MIS

To add a printing press in ePRO, please review the steps below. 

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:
Important Note: You may use any one or all that apply to your business. 

Steps: How To Setup Your Printing Press

1. Point your mouse cursor over your Username in the top menu bar and click on the sub-menu option Settings.
2. Open Presses.
3. Click on New Press 
4. Enter the Name and a Description for the printing press.
Important Note: For the press to appear on production job tickets - tick the box Print this Cost Centre on Job Card.
FEED RESTRICTIONS:
5. Input the Minimum Sheet size for the plant.
6. Input the Maximum Sheet size for the plant.
7. Input the Maximum Sheet weight for the selected plant.
8. Select the Grip side orientation from the dropdown.
PAPER SETTINGS:
9. Enter the Set up spoilage per colour (Print Sheets).
10. Enter the Running spoilage as a percentage.
11. From the dropdown options, select the Default Paper, Print Size and Item Size.
PLANT PROPERTIES:
Important Note: If the press can duplex - tick the box for Can press do perfecting?.
CALCULATION METHOD:
12. Select a calculation method to apply from the dropdown. 
13. Click on Save Changes.
