Creating Or Editing Your Email Signatures In ePRO Print MIS

To add your email signatures in ePRO, please review the steps below. 

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:
  • Access To ePRO Print MIS 

Steps: How To Set Your Email Signatures

1. Login to your ePRO software.
2. Hover over your Username in the top menu bar and click on the sub-menu option Settings.  
3. Open User Manager
4. Open the User you want to add a signature for.   
5. Click on Set Email SignatureThis will open a new window. 
6. Add or edit your email signature.
Important Note: You can use variables listed on the left side to personalize your emails. Click on the Reports dropdown to set individual email signatures for Estimate, Order Confirmation, PO, Delivery, and Invoice. 
5. Click the Save button.
