Bulk Import Or Update Your Paper Inventory Price List In ePRO Print MIS

To add your paper inventory into ePRO, or to update your prices at once, please review the steps below. 

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:
  • An Excel Spreadsheet In .CSV Format
  • Access To ePRO Print MIS 
For uploading your paper stock successfully, the spreadsheet needs to be in a specific format. You can download a sample paper file here. Copy and paste the data in the relevant columns. 

Steps: How To Add Or Update Papers In Bulk

1. Login to your ePRO software where you would like to upload the paper pricing.
2. Click on Inventory from the top menu bar. 
3. Now hover the mouse cursor over Inventory and click on the sub-menu option Paper Import
4. Select the Supplier from the dropdown list. (If you cannot find a vendor in the list - go to Contacts > Suppliers and add a new Supplier)
5. Pick the Paper Sub Category you want to upload the file to. 
6. Choose the Paper Type i.e. Sheet or Large Format.  
7. Click on Browse CSV File and select the file.

Important Note: After you upload the file, the system will read and display all the columns from the spreadsheet. 

8. Click on the dropdown for every field and map it to the correct field in the file. The fields marked with * are required. 
9. Click the Upload button.
