Can the software estimate for large format printed products such as banners and signs? 

Yes! You can calculate an estimate for wide format printing in square feet, square metres and even linear length. 

How is the software delivered?

The software can be installed on your pc/server on-site or delivered to you as a cloud based version. Whatever your preference, we can make it work for you. 

Who owns the data / contacts / quotes / invoices? 

You do! Any data such as your customers, quotes, jobs, invoices  (including your users) is 100% owned by you. PrintMIS doesn't use that data for any reason. PrintMIS is just a tool for YOU to speed up your business processes!

Can I update my paper inventory price list?

Yes! You can use a built-in feature that allows you to update paper prices in bulk by uploading an excel spreadsheet, or you can do it one at a time.

Can we use our own pre-designed output documents?

Yes! We usually give you a handful of templates in the system. However, we can also replicate your Quotes, RFQ’s, Purchase Orders, Delivery Slips and Invoices with your company branding.  

How many users does the software include? 

Unlimited. You’ll get one business license, which means you can create as many users as you need. We don't penalize you according to your company size. Just go into the settings and add the users to the system.

Is the software cloud based? 

Yes! We created PrintMIS so it works online and offline. You wouldn't need a whole I.T. department to run your software. You can use the system online from Windows and Apple Mac computers. 

Can you install the software on my PC or server?

Yes! We can install the software on your Windows based pc, laptop or server. We'll handle the entire process for you, so you can do what you do best i.e. stay focused on growing your business. 

Can I talk to someone if I have any questions?

I’ve been using another system for X years. Can I import my customers history of quotes and jobs?

This depends on the structure of the data and the format it is in. Get in touch with us using the ‘Support’ link at the bottom of this page and we’ll be happy to help. 

Do I have to pay for updates?

No! We're always rolling out new updates for our clients using the cloud version. We're constantly adding new features that'll benefit you - and you get it all for FREE! As the software is online, when we release new features, they automatically get pushed to your account!

Can I integrate with other apps? 

Yes, we understand that some of you use other tools, so we integrate with most of the top service providers to help you streamline your processes and save time.

Can I load my customers and suppliers in the software?

Yes! You can upload all your customers, suppliers, contacts, addresses departments and more with an excel spreadsheet. 

Paper prices change often. Can I change the cost or will you have to do it for me? 

You can do it yourself, or send us the file and we’ll do it for you. You can also update the paper pricing by applying a percentage to all or select materials. 

Which accounting software version of Quickbooks or Xero does ePRO work with? 

All of them! Whether you’re on the desktop version or using the Online version, we’ve got you covered!

Will I get any Reporting features?
