Who owns the data / contacts / quotes / invoices? 

You do! Any data such as your customers, quotes, jobs, invoices  (including your users) is 100% owned by you. PrintMIS doesn't use that data for any reason. PrintMIS is just a tool for YOU to speed up your business processes!

Is the software cloud based? 

Yes! We created PrintMIS so it works online, whether you're at home, the office or you're busy travelling the world. You wouldn't need a whole I.T. department to run your software. You can use the system online from any Windows and Apple Mac computer. 

How many users does the software include? 

Unlimited. You’ll get one business license, which means you can create as many users as you need. We don't penalize you according to your company size. Just go into the settings, add the users and set their permissions - it's that simple!

Can we use our own pre-designed documents?

Yes! Usually, we'll give you a handful of templates in the system with different designs. However, we can also replicate your Quotes, RFQ’s, Purchase Orders, Delivery Slips and Invoices.

Can I upload my paper inventory price list?

Yes! You can use a built-in feature that allows you to update paper prices in bulk by uploading an excel spreadsheet, or you can do it one at a time.

Can you install the software on my PC or server?

Yes! We can install the software on your Windows based pc, laptop or server. We'll handle the entire process for you, so you can do what you do best i.e. stay focused on growing your business. 

Can I load my customers and suppliers in the system?

Yes! As long as the information is formatted correctly, we can import your clients and vendors into the system using an excel spreadsheet. 

How is the software delivered?
